The indicative valuation is free and with no commitment. We only charge if you get paid: 1.5% of what you receive for your home, settled when you sign before the notary. If it is not signed, we charge no fees. Official valuation: carried out by an independent appraisal company before signing. Its cost is the owner's and is paid in advance on accepting a proposal. Your adviser takes you through the breakdown.
